Real Life, No Category

Over the past few years, I’ve navigated some really heavy things—health challenges, burnout, relationship changes, rebuilding myself, and figuring out what actually matters when everything changes.

Somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

Not all at once—but in slow pieces. Through a series of life events, some big and some small, until one day I realized I didn’t really know who I was anymore. I’m slowly, for the first time in MY life - discovering who I am.

But before we get into all of that… let’s say hello first.

Hi, I’m Regina.

I’m in my 40s, and I’ve called Indiana home for the past 16 years. I’ve been self-employed in marketing and website design for 9 years.

I’ll probably always be recovering from some level of work burnout, but I’ve learned life is about a lot more than just work.

I love history, sad songs, ghost stories, mystery, and that feeling of fall in the air.

I’m a longtime believer in God and Heaven, and I’m currently in the process of converting to the Catholic faith. I’m not the kind of Christian who walks around judging people—that’s not what faith means to me. If anything, my faith has taught me to look inward more than outward.

I have a lot on my mind—honestly too much to fit into one category. So this space is where it all comes together. I like things that feel real. Conversations that go a little deeper. Content that doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. You won’t find perfection here—but you will find honesty.

If you’re someone who feels a little “too much” for a clean, simple box… you’re probably in the right place. I’m glad you’re here.

Here’s what you can expect from me:

  • Real conversations about life, growth, and starting over (sometimes more than once)

  • Thoughts on work, business, and what it actually feels like to be self-employed

  • Faith, healing, and finding your way back to something deeper

  • Content, creativity, and the behind-the-scenes of building things online

  • And honestly… whatever feels worth talking about that day

— Regina.
